Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. In this role, you will lead a team of software developers and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead a team of software developers to ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Design, develop, and test software systems according to client specifications. - Manage and prioritize project tasks and deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences. - Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes. - Experience in designing and implementing data migration strategies. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. - Proficient in SQL and database management systems. - Experience with data quality management and data governance. - Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects suite and related tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
