Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. You will lead a team and make critical decisions to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions - Ensure project milestones are met on time - Mentor junior team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Manufacturing Engineering MES - Strong understanding of automation processes - Knowledge of PLC programming - Experience in implementing automation solutions - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A B Tech degree is required.B Tech
