Summary: As a Software Development Lead, resource should be proficient in CSG Intec Interconnect v7.01.00, ICT 10.2, IME 8 software suite, including installation, configuration, and administration. Roles & Responsibilities: Install, configure, and deploy CSG Intec Interconnect v7.01.00, ICT 10.2, IME 8 software in accordance with client requirements. Customize configurations and settings to optimize performance and meet specific business needs. CSG Intec Interconnect v7.01.00, ICT 10.2, IME 8 with existing systems and platforms within the organization. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different applications and databases. Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders, resolving issues related to CSG Intec Interconnect v7.01.00, ICT 10.2, IME 8 promptly. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex technical problems. Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and operational procedures. Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff to facilitate effective utilization of CSG Intec Interconnect v7.01.00, ICT 10.2, IME 8. Develop custom scripts, reports, and enhancements using CSG Intec Interconnect v7.01.00, ICT 10.2, IME 8 toolkit or APIs to extend functionality as per client requirements. Collaborate with developers and analysts to design and implement tailored solutions. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables related to CSG Intec Interconnect v7.01.00, ICT 10.2, IME 8 implementations and upgrades. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Proficiency in CSG Intec Interconnect v7.01.00, ICT 10.2, IME 8 software suite, including installation, configuration, and administration. Strong knowledge of telecom billing systems and interconnect billing processes. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripting, Perl) and SQL for customization and data manipulation. Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and conducting training sessions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
