Project Role : Software Development Lead
Project Role Description : Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design.

Good to have skills : Linux Operations
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with Automotive experience
Key Responsibilities: Requirement Elicitation and Estimation 1. Define Architecture Design, Detailed design and development of base software and embedded automotive applications for Infotainment devices using C++, Embedded Linux, Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues. 2. Lead Scrum teams of developers, testers, Participation in internal, customer, supplier and OEM meetings. Technical Experience: 1.Overall, 4 to 6 years of experience in Embedded software development, strong Programming skills in C++ (11/14) 2. Knowledge and expertise with Embedded Linux operating systems 3. Experience in Hypervisor based architecture. 4. Expertise in developing Middleware components for Infotainment using Linux Operating system 5. Experience in Embedded Linux BSP, Kernel configuration, Device drivers, Resource manager, Pipes, POSIX standards. 6. Experience in porting Base software, middleware components. 7. Expertise in developing Middleware components for Infotainment services using embedded Linux Operating system 8. Experience working with Qualcomm chipset. 9. Experience with CMake, autotools and Yocto (creating recipes and adapting images and layers) 10. Excellent understanding of communication protocols - SOME/IP, CAN, LIN, Ethernet, IPC 11. Experience in IPC like D-Bus, Sockets 12. Experience on Adaptive AUTOSAR 13. Experience in ASPICE 14. Experience in SAFe Agile practices. Professional Attributes: 1.
