“The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning.”
Your responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize CPQ solutions to support complex product configurations.
Implement pricing rules, workflows, and approval processes in CPQ platforms.
Integrate 3D and 2D models with CPQ applications to enhance product visualization.
Customize and automate CAD drawings (e.g., AutoCAD, CREO) based on configuration logic.
Optimize CPQ performance for scalability and efficiency.
Develop integrations between CPQ platforms, CRMs (Salesforce) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, CREO).
Use middleware technologies (e.g., MuleSoft) to enable seamless data exchange between CPQ, CRM, and ERP systems.
Use Git for version control to manage source code effectively.
Maintain code repositories, resolve merge conflicts, and ensure version history integrity.
Collaborate with team members on pull requests and code reviews.
Participate in Azure DevOps Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Maintain and track work items, tasks, and user stories in Azure Boards.
Deliver incremental releases in line with sprint goals and timelines.
Conduct rigorous testing of CPQ solution along with integrations.
Deploy updates, fixes, and new features in UAT/Production environments.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for CPQ configurations, workflows, and other integrations.
Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms (Configit, Tacton, Camos or any other).
Strong knowledge of pricing rules, approval workflows, and configuration logic. in 3D modeling software such as CREO, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
Experience with generating 2D drawings and automating CAD workflows.:
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., C#, Java, React js, Java Script).
Knowledge of APIs, XML, JSON, and system integrations.
Experience with developing web applications is an advantage.
Hands-on experience on integration with middleware tools like MuleSoft.
Hands-on experience and good understanding of integration with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
Your background:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications in CPQ platforms or CAD tools are an advantage.
