Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and development of complex software solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met. - Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. - Participate in architectural discussions and propose innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. - Strong understanding of access control mechanisms and identity management protocols. - Experience in implementing IAM solutions and integrating with various systems. - Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
