Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Conduct unit testing and debugging of software applications. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Participate in agile development processes and ceremonies. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Experience with SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and components. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA administration. - Experience with SAP Solution Manager. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full-time education as per organization standards is required.15 years full time education as per organization standards
