Your Role and Responsibilities 10 Years of overall S/W experience, with 5+ years of experience in Containers, Container Orchestration, Continuous Integration, Testing and Delivery, Open Container platform, proficiency in software build automation, CI/CD and DevOps/DevSecOps (Jenkins/Travis/Ansible, LXC/LXD, Docker/podman/Kubernetes/Swarm/Compose, or OpenShift)
Experience with automation tools, like Jenkins, Travis, GitLab, or Hudson.
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, LXC, podman, CRI-O and orchestration using Kubernetes, Swarm/Compose, etc.
Good knowledge of Linux & *NIX based systems, and acceptable scripting knowledge in shell, (bash, awk, sed, tck/tcl), etc.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Should have good experience of DevOps, Operators and Automation, including,
Should have good understanding of Kubernetes resources and its usage.
Knowledge of OLM (Operator Lifecycle Manager) Experience on working with Operator SDK to extend Kubernetes API to manage K8s native applications.
Experience on GoLang/python scripting to develop operator. Experience in designing and implementing collaborated solutions and end-to-end pipelines on DevOps, or DevSecOps, moving from CI-CT-CD environments
Proven excellence in Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Agile practices for highly scalable systems in a Distributed Environment
Experience with Container deployment and Service orchestration, especially with micro-services in on-prem/cloud, or hybrid systems
Experience with Blue-Green Deployment to reduce downtime and risk, provide continuous deployment and fast rollback, and hands-on experience in configuration verification, and root-cause/failure analysis.
Experience working in Agile Teams adhering to the Agile Model.
A keen eye for current breakthroughs and propose more efficient approaches through the detailing of a proposed design and ways to implement it, w.r.t. the best practices and emerging concepts in CI-CD landscape.
