Social Media Manager needed in a Financial Institution in Bandra East, Mumbai.
Immediate Joining.  
Looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is a digital-native storyteller who understands the nuances of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, and has the skills to foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar aligned with marketing goals and campaigns.


Strategize and create platform-specific content plans for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.


Stay updated on social media trends, incorporating real-time opportunities into the calendar.


Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and video producers to create engaging, platform-optimized content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and more).


Provide creative direction for social media assets, ensuring alignment with Lorien’s brand tone and visual identity.


Review and approve final assets for publication, ensuring quality and relevance.


Implement strategies to grow followers and subscribers across platforms through organic and paid efforts.


Analyze audience behavior and preferences to refine strategies and improve reach and engagement.


Leverage analytics tools to identify high-performing content and optimize future efforts.


Actively manage interactions, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster trust and engagement.


Build relationships with followers, influencers, and relevant accounts to increase Lorien’s visibility.


Monitor and manage sensitive or negative feedback, ensuring Lorien’s reputation is maintained.


Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTRs, growth) for each platform and provide actionable insights.


Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, campaign effectiveness, and audience growth.


Work closely with the PR & Influencer Manager to amplify campaigns through influencer collaborations.


Partner with the Marketing Manager to ensure social media aligns with overall marketing objectives.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


3-5 years of experience managing social media for brands, with proven results in audience growth and engagement.


Expertise in Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok).


Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).


Strong storytelling skills and a knack for creating engaging, platform-specific content.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of digital-first audiences.
