About the Role
You will play a key role in improving LEAP’S communication and content game - for both internal and external communication You will create and distribute stories that resonate with Leap’s internal; and external audience - stories of wins, students’ success, leap’s achievements, updates and culture
You can work full time or part time on this charter. This role will be hybrid, based in Bangalore.The charter for this role will include:
Create LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters and micro press releases that communicate founder’s ideas, new product releases, and company updates.
Create small video updates about product releases and updates after collaboration with different product teams.
Craft stories about the people, teams, and milestones that make a difference, capturing the essence of success and progress within the company.
Collaborate with different teams to gather insights and turn them into well-written content.
Ideal Persona would:
Have experience in creating high quality content that resonates with the target audience
Would have proven success in the above - in terms of follower growth, views, engagement on the content they have produced
Preferably have a large social media following across some or all popular social media platforms
Be comfortable working with video content and editing tools (e.g., Canva)
Be comfortable interacting with various teams to gather information and transform it into compelling content.
