What success looks like in this role:
- Responsible for the network lifecycle - Network Planning, Design, Implementation, Operation and Optimization
- Provide support for highly complex Network Upgrades and Network Migration activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems.
- Function as a mentor to train other SMEs.
- Understand customer's business goals and how the network operations support those business goals.
- Possess detailed knowledge of customer's network and Proper documentation.
- Assist with client issues and with RFI/RFPs, as needed.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their deployment across the organization
- Introduce new ways of working.
- Act as the main focal point for highly complex network problem resolution.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Candidate should have an overall experience of 8+ years.
- Enterprise Networking and security (Routing and Switching protocols, network architecture, connectivity options, network management, remote access, data security, standards and compliance, identity management, log management etc )
- Designing and Implementation of networks.
- Extensive experience in working with the following:
- Cisco routers, Catalyst switches, Nexus switches, WLCs & Meraki devices
- HP, Aruba switches, routers & WLCs
- Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC
- SD WAN – Silver peak, Velo cloud etc.
- Good level of understanding on the virtualization concepts.
- Working Knowledge on Public Clouds like Azure, AWS, Google
- Ensure delivery of the infrastructure solutions designed as per scope & project timelines, through right set of internal/external partners.
- Expert level Internetworking Troubleshooting experience.
- Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
- Good understanding of troubleshooting tools such as Packet tracer, Wireshark, etc.
- Ability to leverage technical expertise of others.
- Expert level knowledge in the following: - IP internetworking, LAN/WAN/WLAN
- Ability to operate at all levels within the organization and cross functionally within multiple Cisco organizations.
- Excellent verbal, written, content development and presentation skills.
- Strong teamwork, and program/project management skills.
- Ability to identify and analyze complex problems and decompose into actionable and measurable plans.
- Drive and commitment to results with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated, strong initiative and be customer focused.
- Work as an individual contributor.
- Drive and commitment to results with minimum supervision.
- Excellent technical skills in Service Provider environment.
- Must possess very strong technical & account management skills.
One or more certification is preferred (Cisco- CCNP, SISE; Aruba - ACSA, ACSP, ACMX, ACSDP & Azure and AWS Cloud certification)
