The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath/Power Automate Desktop (PAD), along with a robust understanding of process automation techniques utilizing Macros, Power Apps, web application development, and API integrations. Additionally, knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is desired to further enhance our HR capabilities. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing innovative automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency within our HR business processes.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an HR- Subject Matter Expertise- RPA at Chennai offieWhat a typical day looks like:Design and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate Desktop to automate HR processes.Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and create technical specifications for automation.Develop APIs to integrate RPA solutions with HR systems for better data flow.Create and maintain automation packages, ensuring quality and proper documentation.Manage SQL and NoSQL databases to support automation tasks.Participate in Agile and Scrum meetings to collaborate on project development.Use Azure DevOps or GitHub for source code management, libraries and version control.Apply machine learning to improve data analysis and automate complex tasks.Test and maintain RPA systems for optimal performance and reliability.Stay updated on RPA, AI, and ML trends to drive innovation.Integrate AI and ML into RPA solutions for better decision-making.Work independently and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:Proven experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath and PAD.Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and model evaluation.Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java, along with familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to effectively interpret and present data insights.Familiarity with SQL and database management for data manipulation and retrieval.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.Experience in VBA, web application development, and Power Apps is a plus.Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.Preferred Qualifications:Relevant certifications in UiPath/PAD are highly desirable.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: Be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation and creativity.Engage in exciting projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies.Enjoy opportunities for professional development and career growth in a dynamic work environment.PTOMedical Health InsurancePK06Job CategoryHuman ResourcesRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
