A.   PRIMARY Purpose (Why does this job exists)

To Provide Technical Support ON/OFF field to Project & Service team for Controls (Building Management System). Contribute for filling competency gap in team and conduct internal training & trainings to customer. Providing Presales support, Design Support & Review for BMS Systems. Develop the Central technical team for internal & customer support.

B.   primary RESONSIBILITIES:

Leading technology team, commissioning team for BMS & CPM system Solving technical issues and challenges on/off project site. - (Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access Control, PAVA, Intrusion Detection Systems) Work closely with regions to identify competency gaps and conduct/arrange trainings to the team. Continue creating knowledge base article for team reference.  Work on building SharePoint site for the knowledge base articles currently available and new as and when created. Propose required Certification training /Conduct the onsite internal training to team.   Support to design team in designing complex project. Proactively reach to design team to get list and extend support. Contribute in understanding customer requirement and conduct POC & attend customer meetings. Propose customer solutions and contribute as SME partner for customer and sales team. Provide required support and training opportunity to central technical team members to meet the technical requirement and their professional growth.

C.   Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience

BE (E &TC, Instrumentation, Electrical ) with relevant industry experience of 10-12 years and above in CFS Projects Certification in BMS Products/Systems will be an added advantage Experience in BMS System implementations at Data center, Airports, Metros, Industrial installations, Pharmaceuticals, large commercial projects is must   Ability to work with team & customer handling. Knowledge of various DDC Controllers, PLC, BMS Field devices (sensors, transducers, electrical meters) with integration, BMS Programming Software & GUI.
