Overall Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled Sitecore CMS Developer to develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Sitecore CMS and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers and backend teams to create secure and seamless user experiences while implementing best practices for content management, workflow, and multi-site architecture. This role will also focus on optimizing application performance to ensure scalability and reliability while complying with banking security and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Sitecore CMS and .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with designers and backend teams to deliver secure and intuitive user experiences.
- Implement best practices for content management, workflow processes, and multi-site architecture within Sitecore.
- Optimize application performance to ensure scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Sitecore CMS development, specifically in Sitecore 9.x or later versions.
Technical Skills (Category-wise):
Sitecore Development:
- Proficiency in Sitecore CMS, including architecture, templates, layouts, and component design.
- Experience in implementing Sitecore best practices for content management and multi-site architecture.
Backend Development:
- Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and the integration of third-party APIs.
Database Management: Knowledge of SQL Server and familiarity with database design principles.
Front-End Technologies:
- Exposure to front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Sitecore SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator), JSS (JavaScript Services), and headless development.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-hosted Sitecore solutions.
- Understanding of Sitecore personalization, analytics, and EXM (Email Experience Manager).
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and design specifications.
- Build and maintain Sitecore components, templates, and workflows.
- Optimize application performance through regular monitoring and adjustments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with the latest Sitecore features and best practices to enhance application capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Sitecore CMS development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in web development.
