Job Title: Site Service Engineer – Plant & Equipment
Role Summary:
The Plant & Equipment Engg will be responsible for maintenance of all plant and equipment machineries and provide high quality utility support to team. He/She will also be responsible to maintain the entire facility including admin building.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering / Diploma in Engg & applicable technical training with 12+ years applicable facility & Utility maintenance of Locomotives shed or large MNC organization .
Desired Characteristics:
• Experience/exposure to IT tools for the purposes of planning and executing work.
• Ability lead teams & create agile & vibrant culture.
• Good communication skills with aptitude for managing teams & multiple functional stakeholders.
• Prior experience in the rolling stock industry.
