Your Role and Responsibilities
Need to work on system patches, security fixes, OS/DB/Kuberenets upgrades and other periodic maintenances.
Provisioning new infrastructure whenever customer demands on multiple clouds like AWS and IBM.
Helping customer to resolve issues by going on call or providing sufficient information via cases on daily basis.
Developing customised script for faster resolution.
Finding innovative ways to improve the turn around time for Provisioning new infrastructure.
Tuning automation to improve the existing automation workflow
Required Technical and Professional Expertise An Experience IT professional who has worked as SRE/Devops/Critical Support level. He or She should have following skills:
4-10yrs hands on experience on AWS or similar cloud
