Site Program Manager is responsible to lead all the site projects and operational aspects of the Bangalore site, governance of Bangalore Steering Group and site councils and networks and manage ExCo visits. This position reports to the Co-site Leads, Bangalore Site.Essential Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead the site Associate Project Managers in delivering all the site councils plans.Work effectively with the site committees comprising of Security, Technology Services, Facilities and Communications.Manage the site operations effectively and ensure that the site operates as one team on the ground and partner with all support functions to improve governance & support the business teams present at Bangalore. Supports LIMT and leads the BCP situations (as it occurs) and mitigates location risks. Enable simplified decision-making process through streamlining of site function process and other initiatives that would emerge during the year.Work with the business, site, facilities and location strategy teams on formulating and delivering the space strategy for BLR.Project Management of the BSG & other site leadership forums ensuring that the leadership groups function effectively and deliver on the site value propositionEngage with the other operations center / office locations to share & leverage best practices.Monitor the site budget spends and work with sourcing to get better value for the spend.Build network with the industry bodies to leverage and adopt best practices. Manage stakeholders both within and outside Bangalore and communicate in a professional and service-minded manner ensuring that resolution is provided even if not directly within own area of ownership.Show continuous improvement mindset to improve the process, systems and tools including partnering with the support functions to remove the obstacles to enable the site to operate in the most efficient mannerEnsure effective feedback mechanisms are in place to continually track and improve performance across the site.Create a high-performance culture by managing effectively, differentiating performance, developing talent, and building diverse and inclusive teams.Required Skills:Able to demonstrate a continuous improvement mind set.Experience in managing through significant business changes.Ability to lead a team independently with minimal support from senior management.Ability to communicate at all levels and work as and manage a team.Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate prioritization and escalation skills for themselves and team.Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to share knowledge and expertise.Able to perform effectively under time pressure and to meet strict deadlines.Attention to detail, time management skills and ability to work with peers and teams across different locations.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent Project Management and Stakeholder management skillsBe a champion of innovation and driving change.Experience in driving site councils.Education:University degree and/or professional qualification or relevant work experience preferred.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
