Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Engineer for Solar Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of solar power systems at client sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the installation of solar power systems at various sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Perform site assessments to evaluate solar system feasibility and design requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site, ensuring the solar system’s optimal performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure proper integration of solar systems.
• Oversee the commissioning and testing of solar power systems.
• Ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are met during installation and operation.
• Provide training and technical support to clients on system operation and maintenance.
