Job title: Shop Floor Controller
Responsible for the detailed management of activities related to Coils Service & Repair Daily Shopfloor Operations in ERP with QMS Compliance.
Your role:
Analysis of defective product input data from customer related to inbound/outbound information & Previous manufacturing/repair history of product.
Perform Post Good Receipt (PGR) Activities in SAP.
Release, print & Closure of Production/Service work order as per analysis & PO information.
Printing of labels as per DMR.
Prepare the RMA packet.
Manage Outbound deliveries as per weekly plans.
Management information system (MIS)
KRA:
Quality performance- FPY- First Pass Yield o DEFOA -Defect on Arrival
On time performance
COTS – Delivered on time as confirmed/scheduled
OTTP/R – Delivered On time to request

1. Experience- Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.
2. Skills-
Inbound & Outbound Logistics
Knowledge of Quality Management system
Flow of goods and material Planning
Exposure to ERP (SAP)
3. Education- Diploma in any engineering
4. Anything else-
Communication skills
Collaboration with cross functional team members.
