Job Description

SheSparks- Adobe's Women Returnee Internship program is an initiative of Adobe to help women employees who are on a break for personal reasons and want to join the workforce.


  • The program will help launch you back to your professional aspirations.
  • This is a 6-month internship for experienced candidates returning to the workforce.
  • This bridge program is designed to empower returning women professionals with industry-first training, holistic guidance, inclusive environment, and opportunities to leapfrog in their careers with high-impact work.

Eligibility Criteria - At least 2 years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 1 year of continuous career break.


Job Summary


  • Developing User Interface Design based on Requirements shared
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

 Technical Skills:


  • Experience in frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS etc.
  • Knowledge of how to build modern web applications which are cloud native, fault tolerant and highly scalable is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of fundamentals of Computer Science like algorithms and data structures is a plus.
