This role uses professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve highly complex problems in creative and effective ways. Some barrier-to-entry exists at this level such as a dependency on management and peer reviews as well as the ability to follow company and professional standards. This role works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. This person exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. This role will work with theDigital Workplace – CollaborationLeadto architect Collaboration technologies. This position will be required to provide guidance to personnel and work directly with customers and vendors. This position requires 3 to 5+ years of experience and expertise in profession.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Office 365 administration, migration, upgrades, and integrations
Support the evolution of the Microsoft 365 services through the implementation of new service features,
Performance Optimization of SharePoint server.
Root Cause analysis for issues on SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 & SharePoint Online
SharePoint Server level issues and user related issues.
Implementation, Upgrade, Migration & Troubleshooting complex SharePoint issues.
Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power pages, Bots and Power BI)
SharePoint implementations + delivery of: Intranets, Document Management, Record Management, O365 Group Creation/Site Provisioning engines a SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive platform.
Microsoft Teams collaboration, information governance, security, and compliance.
External user/Guest user access policy configuration and management.
Needs proven experience in Microsoft Whiteboards, MS Forms, List, Viva insights etc.
Root Cause analysis for issues on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, MS Office apps etc.
Implementation, Upgrade, Migration & Troubleshooting complex SharePoint issues.
Experience in from SharePoint on-premise/Home drives to SharePoint Online/OneDrive.
Extensive experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
SPFx and PowerShell experience
Knowledge on SharePoint Best Practices.
Encouraging user adoption and contributing to the development of a business wide understanding of the potential of SharePoint
Identifying and designing training materials and making resources available to users
Organizing and delivering demonstration and training sessions

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Secondary functions:
Train client’s Digital Workplace IT support team as needed.
Provide Level 3 support to client’s Service Desk and Level 2 engineers as needed.
Have working knowledge of and keep current on Network Infrastructure Topology as it relates to Digital Workplace Collaboration technologies.
Necessary skills:
Expert-Level in Collaboration technologies such as SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2019, and Office 365 SharePoint Online.
High-Level of understanding of Microsoft’s Productivity Software – Collaboration Suite ( Yammer, OneDrive , MS Teams and so on)
Strong understanding of ITIL.
Must be able to collaborate effectively with other associates within the organization.
Ability and willingness to take direction from team Lead, SDM and Client Executives.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Able to adapt to a changing technical environment.
Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise.
Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
Customer facing presentation and consulting skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell.
Certifications / Experience/Training needed:
3 to 5 years of working with Microsoft technologies SharePoint2013/2016/2019 and O365 SharePoint Onlinetechnologies
3+ years of Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Microsoft Power Platform.
Must have experience on Model Driven Apps, Canvas App, Power Pages and Power Automate - cloud flows, business process flows
3-5 years of Microsoft and Networking Technical Experience
Solid understanding of O365/AzureServices
Strong understanding of networks and related WAN/LAN technologies
4-year degree or equivalent experience
Microsoft Certifications in the Microsoft technologies required for this position
