The candidate will play the role of a ServiceNow Developer on the ServiceNow Platform Team within the organization of Schneider Electric. This position requires the candidate to be an expert in ServiceNow design and development principles that enables them to collaborate within a team. The candidate should be able to receive requirements, suggest solutions, and develop using ServiceNow best practices. The candidate will join an existing team to continue the expansion of ServiceNow throughout the Schneider Landscape. The candidate will primarily focus on the following ServiceNow Modules: HRSD, HR Enterprise Lifecycle Management, and ESC Service Portal.
Responsibilities:Receive, Document, and Develop requirements for the HR Lifecycle event & HR Transitions project Follow architecture governance structures, methodologies, and compliance activities to maintain regulatory compliance with enterprise ServiceNow standardsProvide technical guidance, perform peer code reviews, and ensure software development best-practices are used to develop and fulfill requirementsTake part in scrum development activities for complex requirements & project activitiesTake part in issue resolution within ServiceNow Modules used at Schneider ElectricCreate/maintain API & data integration processes between ServiceNow and other servicesWork with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies in conjunction with ServiceNowCollaborate with ServiceNow Support concerning issues and other technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalentExperience within different modules within ServiceNow; i.e… ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, & Service Portal Development3+ years of hands-on development experience on ServiceNow platform overall1+ years of hands-on development & configuration on the ServiceNow Service PortalShould have worked on at least 1 end to end implementation of a ServiceNow module
