Role details:


  • Title / Designation: ServiceNow Business Analyst
  • Reporting Manager: ServiceNow Programme Lead
  • Location: Pune, India
  • Work Mode: Remote

Role & responsibilities:


  • Support the implementation of ServiceNow for a GBS unit of a large pharmaceutical company.
  • Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment.
  • Create training materials and support knowledge transfer.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Candidate requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in system implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow functionalities, including capabilities and limitations.
  • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in preparing training materials and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
