Position Overview:
 


We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) Analyst/Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow APM, IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Business Management (ITBM). This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze application portfolios and ensure alignment with larger enterprise goals


Key Responsibilities:


Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow APM.
  • Engage with IT and business teams to ensure alignment between IT investments and business objectives.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for implementation.

ServiceNow APM Implementation & Configuration:


  • Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow APM modules, ensuring seamless integration with ITBM and ITSM processes.
  • Work with developers and ServiceNow administrators to configure dashboards, reports, and workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance the APM framework, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

 Application Data Analysis & Reporting:


  • Analyze application data and provide insights to support rationalization, optimization, and investment decisions.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytics using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  • Assist in data quality assurance, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems.

Process Improvement & Support:


  • Perform continuous improvements and enhancements to the ServiceNow APM module based on business needs.
  • Develop documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide user training and support to ensure effective adoption of APM processes and tools.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience of 6+ years
  • ITIL Foundation is required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – APM is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Application Portfolio Management (APM) principles and best practices.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to create reports, dashboards, and analytics using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
