Job Description

Overarching responsibility for invoice to pay delivery fullfillment for one or more Legal entities / GBs
Responsible to drive strong customer service orientation via frequent communication / collaboration with customers including KPI review & escation management
Deployment of department objectives & activities ,ensure execution of measures in areas of cost, quality , productivity & KPI`s
Leading, hiring, training & development of global S2P associates located within & outside India
Ensure compliance as per companies policy ,central directive,accounting standards & operate as per regulatory guidelines to avoid financial loss or reputation of Bosch
Adopt formal and informal methods to understand team perspectives & respond in ways that support results
Proactively drive the team towards benefit realization through innovative practises
Expert in understanding of the end-to-end accounts payable process
Proficient in working in a shared service setup and ability to handle invoice to pay professionals
Competent in understanding central directives and accounting standards
Competent knowledge of data security best practices and an understanding of data protection regulations, including how to safeguard sensitive financial information
Advance knowledge on workflow automation tools and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies used to streamline invoice processing and payment workflows
Proficient in process improvement methodologies, including identifying process bottlenecks, implementing automation, and optimizing workflows for efficiency and accuracy
Expert in leadership skills like -mentoring
Expert in verbal and written communication skills
Expert in stakeholder management
Proficient Analytical thinking and decision making skills
Expert in conflict management including negotiation skills
Expert in time management skills
Proficient in driving collaboration within the team


 



Qualifications

B.Com or any finance domain
