Key Responsibilities
· Achieve service sales targets from their assigned territory with disciplined usage of Funnel Management & Forecasting process with emphasis on Warranty to Contract & AMC to CMC conversion & ensuring Spares business as per plan.
· Manage Key Accounts program to generate business as well increase wallet share. · Promoting Aftermarket products i.e. SW validation and qualification services.
· Cross functional collaboration to improve customer satisfaction level with working very closely with Service Operations, Customer Service & Account Receivables team.
Educational Qualifications:
· B.Tech Engineering, bachelor's or Master's degree in science.
· Degree or Diploma in Management preferred.
· 6-8 Years of Sales experience in Service Sales or Instrumentation.
