We are seeking a highly skilled Service Reliability Engineer (SRE) with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and operations, with a passion for building reliable systems and improving service performance.

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure and applications to improve service reliability and performance.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability, implementing solutions to enhance uptime and efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure a smooth deployment process and seamless integration of new features.
• Develop automated monitoring and maintenance tools to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to resolve service disruptions and prevent future occurrences.
• Implement best practices for capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service reliability.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a Service Reliability Engineering or DevOps role.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
