Service Reliability Engineer 2

Job Title

Common accountabilities:

• Hands on experience with compute / storage and networking concepts in public cloud.
• Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of Public Cloud infrastructure and systems
• Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, Route 53, etc.)
• Expertise in deploy and managing Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and serverless workloads.
• Provision, configure and maintain public cloud infrastructure defined as code
• Experience with orchestration, configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform and CloudFormation)
• Setup and support of supplementary software, e.g. gitlab, Jenkins, Atlassian.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows & Linux based systems
• Competence with proxy servers like NGINX , Apache, etc
• Competence with monitoring tools like Prometheus & Grafana
• System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains
• Knowledge with MSSQL or MySQL, NoSQL (Mongo etc)
• Implement, monitor and maintain PCI DSS requirements
