The Service Ops Specialist for Cytiva is part of the India Services organization located in Bangalore and will be Onsite. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Operate and Maintain Depot tools and Equipment. Perform maintenance , repair, troubleshooting, installation, and validation of the equipment
• Organize sales promotions and proposals for major customers including maintenance contracts . spares sales , automation etc
• Respond to customer support calls, diagnose instrument failures and determine the most cost effective resolutions
• Perform administrative tasks related to the depot including logistics coordination and organization
• Schedule and plan the return of excessive spares to plant. Share weekly and daily report with the FSEs. Track record and enter all depot activities accurately

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A person should have minimum 4+ years of experience as a depot engineer / bench engineer
• Graduate degree preferably in Engineering
• Prior sales customer service or operations experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PPT)
• Ability to work various stakeholders in India and Globe to ensure Spare parts are available on time
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP is preferred

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience communicating value propositions
• Experience using customer database and generating report
