We are looking for a Service Manager


As Service Manager for Commercial Tools in Siemens Mobility IT, your mission will be to define and optimize operational processes and procedures in collaboration with IT Team and Product Owners, spread across the globe.


You’ll make a difference by:


  • Be responsible for the Service and its components (software and infrastructure) as Asset Manager
  • Develop, setup and administer IT Service including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Compliance and Documentation
  • Be IT responsible for audits and all its related activities
  • Create / Maintain Service Descriptions across all Service Management tools in Siemens
  • Ensure proper Service cost calculation, monitoring, optimization and charging of IT Services
  • Budget planning for Service Operations
  • Closely collaborate with the Technical Team (Architect, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts) and Product Owners for developing, implementing and operating of IT Services
  • Support changes to the Service components with strategy development and implementation
  • Create transparency, operational excellence, define KPIs and reports for the IT and Business Stakeholders
  • Setup a good Service Management for incidents and service requests

You’ll win us over by:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Work experience in IT operations & support
  • Solid grasp of ITIL principles, ITSM, IT Compliance and Cybersecurity
  • Good agile process knowledge and approach
  • Experience in working with virtual, globally distributed teams
