- Implement best practices for incident management.
- Analyze incident trends and provide recommendations for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Critical Incident Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Incident Management.
