The Service Engineer for Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and optimization of IBMS systems, which include HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, security, and energy management systems. The role requires expertise in both technical systems and customer service to ensure high performance, efficiency, and system reliability for building operators.
Installation & Commissioning:
Install and configure IBMS equipment, including controllers, sensors, actuators, and central control systems, ensuring proper integration with HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, security, and energy management systems.
Maintenance & Servicing:
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and responsive repairs on IBMS equipment and connected subsystems to ensure continuous, effective operation.
System Integration & Optimization:
Integrate new systems and technologies into existing IBMS frameworks, optimizing performance, energy efficiency, and functionality across multiple building systems.
Troubleshooting & Fault Resolution:
Quickly diagnose and resolve issues affecting IBMS functionality, including hardware, software, and communication problems across connected systems.
Customer Support & Technical Assistance:
Provide exceptional technical support to clients, offering guidance on system operation and providing solutions to system performance issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and system uptime.
