Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Lead, you will manage end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering. Own service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams. Contribute to solution development, growth, and sales. Be a key player in ensuring successful service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the service delivery operations - Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members for professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps, Service Delivery, Cloud Infrastructure, AWS Administration - Strong understanding of infrastructure as code and automation tools - Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in DevOps - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required15 years full time education
