We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Manager.

Work Location: Bangalore

In this role, you will:

• Payments Industry & Agile experience are essential. SEPA ACH kowledage experience are essential. Contribute to Scrum activities (sprint planning, sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, stand-ups). Highly skilled on Jira / Confluence – designer level (rather than user level)
• Coordinate Jira reporting with Development and DevOps leads for epics/stories/tasks. Capturing, analysing and documenting of business process (including IT processes) and convert them into user stories. Designing of solutions or change interventions
• Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement. Devising change interventions such as training and communication
• Managing the tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting. Implementing solutions and provide support to the technical team
• Managing support staff, ensuring resources are utilised effectively and resource supply meets demand. Define the most appropriate analysis approach to a problem/opportunity and collaborate with multi skilled team to achieve the required goal.
• Produce Component level flows in the form of Swimlane to define the sequence of payment processing. Translate the requirements into Functional User story , ensuring Acceptance criteria is correctly defined.
• Perform root cause analysis of failure elements & recommend improvements. Be responsible for big picture end to end thinking.
• Working closely with solution delivery and production support team to ensure all new software is well understood and readily supported. Review Test Cases and test Results to ensure requirements are being met
