Job Title - SEO AnalystCareer Level - C3Introduction to roleAre you passionate about Organic SEO and Internet Marketing? As an SEO Analyst at AstraZeneca, you will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies for our brand websites. You will support initiatives that contribute to the success of our brand campaigns by performing keyword research, optimizing content, and monitoring user engagement. To excel in this role, you should be familiar with current SEO techniques and tools and possess excellent analytical skills.Accountabilities- Conduct keyword research using various tools (like Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and BrightEdge)- Think creatively to identify and resolve problems- Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) knowledge- Pay attention to detail and effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere- Learn new industries and business types quickly and apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives- Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in content or areas of improvement in web design- Track important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates, and time spent on page- Report on performance metrics comparing them to SEO goals and benchmarking data- Monitor the website regularly- Knowledge in website crawling, audit, and other SEO tools- Stay up-to-date with organic SEO marketing trends and strategiesEssential Skills/Experience- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science or Quantitative Studies- At least 5+ years of experience in Organic Search with an analytical sense to drive data-driven projects for SEO growth- Work experience as an SEO Analyst or similar digital marketing role- Expertise in Google Data Studio/Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics- Familiarity with keyword research and management tools- Experience with Search Organic & Paid advertising- Proficiency in XL, PPT, Word will add more value- Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices- Knowledge of pharma SEO will add more advantages- Strong analytical skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills requiredDesirable Skills/ExperienceN/AWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
