Overall Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:Provide technical guidance and oversight in the development and implementation of VisionPLUS solutions.
- Incident Management:Monitor and provide solutions for Production and UAT incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
- Issue Resolution:Hands-on experience with subsystems (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) to diagnose and resolve application issues effectively.
- Independent Work:Work autonomously while escalating unresolved issues in a timely manner.
- Analysis Skills:Employ excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and provide fixes for complex issues.
- Collaboration:Work closely with multiple teams to deliver technical know-how and solutions to intricate business problems.
- Requirements Gathering:Understand client requirements and develop comprehensive solution design documents for delivery to clients and internal development teams.
- Guidance & Support:Provide functional and technical guidance to Business Analysts and Developers, assisting in resolving complex issues during implementation, testing, and production phases.
- Implementation Support:Aid in the implementation and stabilization of the solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
- Batch Processing Knowledge:Maintain a high-level understanding of all VisionPLUS subsystems and batch processing operations.
Technical Skills:- VisionPLUS Subsystems:Proficient in one or more of the following: CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx.
- Mainframe Technologies:Strong skills in JCL, COBOL, VSAM, and CICS.
- Development Methodologies:Experience in one or more methodologies: Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban.
- Vision Flex:Experience with Vision Flex is preferable.
Qualifications:- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience:6-15 Years
Soft Skills:- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership:Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
