Senior VisionPLUS Developer (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS and Mainframe Technologies)

Overview:We are seeking a proficient VisionPLUS Developer to design and develop software solutions within the VisionPLUS framework. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of VisionPLUS modules and development expertise, as well as the ability to provide functional and technical guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• VisionPLUS Development:

  
  
  • Design and develop software solutions within the VisionPLUS framework.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more VisionPLUS sub-systems (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx).

• Incident Management:

  
  
  • Monitor and provide solutions for Production and UAT incidents.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve complex business problems.

• Technical Leadership:

  
  
  • Provide functional and technical guidance to Business Analysts and Developers.
  • Understand client requirements and develop solution design documents for delivery.
  • Assist in resolving complex issues and incidents during implementation, testing, and production.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  
  
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical know-how and solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

Technical Skills:

Category-wise:

• VisionPLUS Expertise:

  
  
  • Hands-on experience with one or more VisionPLUS sub-systems (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx).
  • High-level understanding of all VisionPLUS sub-systems and batch processing.

• Mainframe Skills:

  
  
  • Proficiency in Mainframe technologies (JCL, COBOL, VSAM, CICS).

• Development Methodologies:

  
  
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile Scrum, or Agile Kanban methodologies.

• Additional Skills:

  
  
  • Vision Flex experience is preferable.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Designing and developing software solutions within the VisionPLUS framework.
• Monitoring and resolving Production and UAT incidents.
• Collaborating with multiple teams to provide technical solutions.
• Providing functional and technical guidance to team members.
• Documenting solution designs and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Assisting in the implementation and stabilization of solutions.

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Experience:

• 5-15 years of hands-on experience in VisionPLUS development.
