Job Description

Position

As a Senior UI Developer, you’ll develop user interface components for complex websites and applications. The software we develop is used by global companies to optimize their supply chains, reduce cost and environmental impact. You’ll utilise tools such as JavaScript and HTML, with particular focus across cloud applications to combine IoT data sources with business transactions, leveraging data science algorithms to transform how supply chains are managed.

Location : Bangalore Hybrid

Key Tasks and accountabilities

You’ll develop user interface components for complex websites and applications. This will include working closely with UX designers, web developers and other team members to deliver an overall seamless user experience.

You’ll convert mock-ups into cross-browser HTML/CSS/JavaScript web components, utilising your hands on experience with Angular Framework using Typescript. You’ll also help junior/new team members to improve by providing technical guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Computer Applications.

Looking for...

• Min 4 years of hands-on experience of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Data Structures
• 2+ years of experience in Angular 2+(Typescript) framework
• Extensive experience with JavaScript, Data Structures, application development and testing
• Experience of creating responsive applications and Angular 2+ (Typescript) framework
• Working knowledge of CSS Pre-processors like LESS, SCSS, Source Code Management tools like Git, Mercurial, Bitbucket etc, current UI development programming frameworks (React, Svelte..)
• Working knowledge of integrating with various tracking and usage analytics (like Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, Matomo..)
• Proficiency in integrating with REST APIs and understanding of key Design Principles
• Website Performance optimization skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to work independently and creatively under minimal supervision
