What you'll do

Accountability

• Responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned projects or areas of responsibility
• Internally recognized senior on complex technical and business matters
• Works on large, complex activities, using demonstrated creativity and expertise and applying specialist professional knowledge to deliver high quality results / technical solutions
• Collaborates in devising long-term concepts
• May include team lead or supervisory responsibilities

Complexity

• Contributes independently, resolves complex issues in own specialist area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects)
• Works independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility
• Provides regular project status and updates
• Decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future design and strategy
• Enhance complex systems & processes

Experience

• Advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several areas
• Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations
• Typically several years experience with increasing amount of responsibility

• Builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners
• Contributes actively to build common ground for cooperation
• Communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand

• Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues & managers

What you bring

We are looking for a mid to senior-level designer who can challenge the status quo and stay curious. You enjoy working on global products and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• Expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Extensive experience taking risks with high quality, compelling concepts.
• Ensure design cohesion across multiple platforms. Gauge the usability of new and existing products and makes constructive suggestions for change.
• Keep up to date with UX trends.
• Works in current product cycle with exposure to the next product cycle
• A high-level performer with strong cross-functional relationships and developing as a project lead and mentor.

Experience & Educational Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional interaction design experience or equivalent, with a high-quality portfolio.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, Axure, and the like is a must.
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Best practices to design solutions, and strong skills in mobile-first and responsive design.
• Solid Grasp on an understanding of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
