We are looking for a strong Senior Transaction Manager to join our team in Mumbai and support MODIFI in its mission to change the world of international trade.

Your Impact

• Overall responsibility for the transaction processing of our global trade customers (India, UAE, USA, Greater China, UK, the Netherlands and other MODIFI geographies).
• Responsible for final check and verification to make sure that  all documents are  in line with the trade requirements
• Ensuring transactions are processed and queries are resolved within TAT, thereby accountable for quality customer service and experience.
• Ensuring that the transactions are accounted for in the appropriate re-financier and insurance company.
• Ensuring that transactions are undertaken within concentration risks stipulated and within approved exposure limits by Risk.
• Continuous development and improvement of our existing processes and systems in the transaction department
• Smooth onboarding of customers and problem resolving
• Preparation and execution of national and international transactions
• Responsible for maintaining a clean portfolio by ensuring regular and timely follow ups with the sales teams and customers for upcoming repayments.
• Leading role in our team of transaction managers
• Effectively mitigate the risks associated with FATF which includes Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing/Sanctions risks with all escalated trade finance transactions and provide approval/escalations as necessary
