A Day in the LifeWe are seeking an experienced and versatile Multimedia Developer to join our Global Learning and Leadership Development team, providing essential support for learning and leadership development initiatives in service of a global audience. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set and experience in various modalities and technologies, with a focus on creating engaging and impactful multimedia content to support learning and leadership development efforts.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Collaborate with the Learning Architect, Instructional Designer Content Developers, and other stakeholders to create visually compelling and interactive multimedia content for learning and leadership development programs for employees around the globe.
- Utilize a diverse range of modalities and technologies, including e-learning authoring tools, video production, animation, infographics, and other multimedia formats, to develop engaging learning materials that drive measurable results.
- Apply creative and innovative approaches to enhance the visual and interactive appeal of learning content, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's leadership development goals.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content requirements, and translate complex information into visually engaging and impactful multimedia content.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that multimedia content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with the organization's learning and leadership development goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia development to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Apply technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to the creation and implementation of learning and leadership development solutions.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, digital media, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (6 years) in multimedia development, e-learning, or a related field, with a focus on supporting leadership development efforts.
- Diverse experience in modalities and technologies, including e-learning authoring tools, video production, animation, and other multimedia formats.
- Proficiency in multimedia design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, AI-driven applications, and other digital production tools.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and the application of multimedia in learning.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders around the globe.
