We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical projects and programs to improve Retail profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead large-scale, complex technical programs from conception to completion • Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove obstacles to program success • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) • 7+ years of experience in technical program management • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
