We seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator. This position requires an individual who can maintain and enhance a complex system landscape, manage business-critical applications, and support cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have direct ownership of their work and the opportunity to engage with various technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This is a pivotal role on the team, overseeing critical systems and ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across departments. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, driving technical projects, and providing ongoing support for system administration and enhancements.
About you - Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of ERP/CRM Administrationexperience, including 4-5 years specifically with NetSuite and API integrations.
- Technical Support Knowledge:Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, or Jira etc.
- Scripting and Integration Tools:Experience with REST API scripting, and familiarity with integration platforms like Boomi.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills:Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
What would you be doing in the role
- Primary System Administration:Manage and support NetSuite ERP, including configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
- Vendor Collaboration:Partner with third-party Oracle NetSuite vendors and integrators to ensure effective solutions and support.
- API and Scripting Support:Utilize JavaScript and REST API scripting to enhance system functionality and integration.
- Application Support:Provide technical guidance and administration for NetSuite and all its integrations.
- Data Management:Perform data audits, monitor system performance, and address data integrity issues.
- User Support & Documentation:Assist users with system access, respond to technical inquiries, and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
- Cross-Functional Project Involvement:Engage in all phases of project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to solution architecture, configuration, and training.

- Certifications:NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification is highly preferred.
- Salesforce Experience:Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Documentation Skills:Experience creating and maintaining documentation in Confluence.
