As a key player in our Software-based company, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, leading projects, and mentoring a dynamic team to deliver innovative, high-quality products.Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with business goals.2. Product Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance products.3. Team Management: Mentor and guide engineers, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure the team meets deadlines with high-quality deliverables.4.
