In this role, you will partner with the People Team at Progress to drive the evolution of our performance management practices, ensuring that our processes effectively support the needs of our growing organization. Lead and enhance performance management processes and frameworks, emphasizing their utilization and impact on employee engagement and business outcomes.Utilize performance data and analytics to provide insights into talent trends, team effectiveness, and employee performance. Use this data to drive improvements and informed decision-making.Partner with the HRIS team to enhance talent management capabilities within Workday, delivering an improved experience for employees and managers.Support a culture of continuous feedback through regular check-ins and performance reviews. Design tools and methodologies for effective feedback and coaching.Collaborate with People Business Partners and Business Leaders to execute talent programs, such as fostering a feedback culture and promoting meaningful career conversations.Work with the Talent Development team to create and deliver learning tools and conduct training sessions for managers and employees on performance management best practices, feedback techniques, and professional development.Support the efforts of the team related to team effectiveness activities including facilitating sessions and offering relevant activities and sessions to teams.Partner with local People Experience teams to ensure performance management processes are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Stay informed on current trends in organizational development, talent management, performance management, talent development to inform strategies. Skills and Qualifications: Experience in HR with a strong emphasis on talent management and performance management.Proven track record of working effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment, understanding the nuances of performance expectations across regions.Strong expertise in WorkdayProven track record of conducting data-driven analyses to inform performance-related decision-making and enhance employee development.Ability to navigate ambiguity through systematic problem solving, planning, and analysis.
