The Senior Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. This position requires a deeper understanding of the recruitment process, as well as experience in strategic hiring practices. You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to fulfil the organization’s staffing needs with top-tier talent.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including networking, job boards, social media, and recruitment events.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and alignment with the company’s values.
• Advise and influence hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and best practices in recruitment.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
• Manage candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining communication, and ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Drive employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as a mentor or coach to junior recruiters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations in the hiring process.

• Bachelor’s degree or related field
• 7+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven experience recruiting for product and IT solutions in multiple job functions.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex recruitment projects.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
