About the Role: We need an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to help further improve talent density at Leap. We have a very high bar for talent at Leap. This role is about raising the bar higher. This is a senior role - requires senior leadership stakeholder management, strategic thinking, first principles problem solving and team management skills. The charter for this role will include:
Hiring the best talent for leap across functions and business units - including tech, non-tech and leadership roles
Co-build hiring strategies that fit the needs of the business
Build the best (smartest, most scalable, high NPS, fast) processes for sourcing, evaluating and attracting the best talent
Ensure high NPS across candidates, panelists and hiring managers
Understand the nuances of business model and culture at Leap - identify talent that is a good fit - become the gatekeeper for who joins the team.
Build an all-star org of recruiters - hire, train, manage and help them perform at the highest level
Contribute to building Leap’s employer brand. Help Leap become a better talent magnet
Ideal Persona would:
Have 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition
Have experience across 0-1 scaling at startups and the 1-10/10-100 journey
Have at least 1 years of team management experience
Be extremely resourceful at sourcing, evaluating and convincing talent
Be extremely good at first principles problem solving - be able to close atypical positions / think of innovative solutions while working with constraints
Be obsessed with finding the best talent - in what pockets they exist, what makes them tick, why would they thrive at Leap, why should they work at Leap
Be obsessed with finding undiscovered talent - in what pockets they exist, how to get them to Leap
Be obsessed with using the best available products and tools to improve the recruiting / talent acquisition process
