The Position
As a Senior System Manager-I at Novo Nordisk, your key responsibilities will include:
Oversee operations and maintenance of systems, user access management.
Responsible for system audits, Information Technology Risk Assessment (ITRA).
Evaluate the Enterprise Architecture and craft a forward-thinking IT system strategy to propel the organization's future.
Actively engage in system management, change, and release management forums, adhering to IT best practices while demonstrating proactive ownership and a high level of commitment.
Transform specified requirements into optimal outcomes and drive and oversee all project management activities with precision and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of IT or pharmaceutical experience with relevant 5+ years of system management experience.
Should have 10+years of experience in the IT industry.
5+ years of experience in the GXP System Management activities.
3+ years of technical expertise in application management.
Excel in collaboration and communication with vendors, stakeholders, and the user community.
Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
About the department
DD&IT Product Supply, within the Global IT Organisation, is a unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk, including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide.
