Purpose of Position:
Working in maintaining stock in the warehouse. Working actively with State and Project Planning team and other states in the zone for replenishment of stock. Tracking chargeable PO supplies and add-on supplies/project supplies including all oil companies and maintaining stock transfer to project and service. Regular tracking of State requirement/work orders and dispatch of spare parts from central warehouse to State stores. Working actively to reduce back order in SAP & FSM) and creating action plan on stock availability.
Key Responsibilities
1.Overall Warehouse operation management.
2.5S, Safety and EHS adherence for warehouse.
3.Improve warehouse operation by identifying and addressing problems impacting service delivery.
4.Manage Scrap monthly activity.
5.Support internal and External Audit.
6.Train and mentor warehouse team of 4-5 people and able to handle system issues.
7.Address customer issues immediately to guarantee swift resolution.
8.Take monthly Stock & reconciliation.
9.Co-ordination with Internal customer + External courier /Transporter etc.
10.Download stock of warehouse regular basis and check the fast-moving stock availability
11.STO SALES ORDERS & INVOICING
12.Preparation of annexure, delivery challan, E-way bill
13.ADDON Material Dispatch
14.CHARGEABLE Material Dispatch / Requests for SALES ORDERS with Material codes
15.Shipper code requests for Chargeable cases
16.Follow up for WBS (Work Breakdown System) requests and creation
17.Material GRN, s verification
18.Prepare Material Subcontractors DC and GRN.
19.Material Allocation to WBS
20.Material Consumption entry for ADDON
21.Maintaining MIS Tracker (Dispatch details for ADDON + PROJECT and Service dispatches)
22.Direct Material movements (Plant /Customer)
23.Monitor material loading in vehicle and generate Pre alert documents.
24.Follow up with transporter for arranging the vehicle for material to send to third party.
25.OTD (On-time Delivery) performance review of courier & FTL vendor.
Background and Skill
1.Good computer skills, including Word, Excel.
2.Good knowledge of ERP – SAP & FSM.
3.Good stakeholder management skill.
4.12 years + experience in the warehouse management.
5.Experience of managing people desirable.
6.Follow up with QC for Under test material & new Receipt material.
Measures of Performance
1.Warehouse Operation management.
2.Everyday tracking of material dispatch against dispatches.
3.Work proactively for reduction in ageing wise open customer dispatch plan.
4.Monthly cycle count of high value shipment / Conduct stock Audits in all the regional storage points maintain nil variance.
5.Maintain and review OTD for region.
