Senior Staff Engineer (InfraOps Specialist)

We are seeking an experienced InfraOps Specialist to join our team. As an InfraOps Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our technology stack, ensuring seamless operations, and driving innovation. Your expertise in Azure Active Directory and Zscaler Private Access will contribute to the development of robust and secure infrastructure solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience - 8+ Years
• Proven experience in infrastructure operations and cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Zscaler Private Access.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer AAD user accounts, groups, and access policies.
• Implement single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AAD with other services.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Deploy and manage ZPA connectors.
• Configure ZPA policies for secure remote access.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to optimize ZPA performance.
• Troubleshoot ZPA-related issues.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
